My name is Gerry Kerr and I am the creator of the Original Golden Retriever. Work on a design began after a shopping trip to Campbell River with my mother. It was there I spotted antique spaghetti spoons, which I bought and began reshaping as the first prototype. What is the secret to my golf ball retriever? It is constructed to channel the ball into a cavity which grabs the ball and the ball will stay secure.
